Three Delivery Models

- Executive/Individual Coaching: We employ a proven six-step coaching process in our executive coaching engagements. Our executive coaching targets the highest priority goals, based on a high level of mutual trust and respect. We fill coaching conversations with candid dialog and feedback. As experienced executives, our coaches provide valuable insights and suggestions that foster rapid development in the areas of highest impact.
- Team Coaching: Team coaching is for executive teams, project teams, and department teams that need to work more effectively together. We start with individual interviews and team analysis, and then develop a plan to address the findings and goals. We work with the individuals and group to build trust and alignment, and move the team to higher performance levels.
- Training in Coaching and Feedback: This workshop teaches your people how to coach. Middle and senior managers charged with developing their people often lack an approach for doing so. Our Consultative Coaching and Feedback workshop provides managers with an approach and a set of tools to effectively coach their staff members.
