Our Process
In working with you, we use a four-phase model called the Consultative Process:

1. Create the Work Agreement: We will work with you to create a work agreement that ensures expectations are clear and how we will work together is identified and agreed upon.

2. Define Issues and Solution Ideas: We will then gather observations, insights, and information to ensure that all issues are identified. We will collaborate with you to develop solution ideas.

3. Gain Commitment for Recommendations: We will work with you to ensure that commitment has been gained from all key clients before moving into implementation.

4. Implement and Follow Up: Using the Implementation Map designed to deal with suspected challenges and obstacles we will work with you to produce optimum results.



Workshop Customization
Through our Workshop Customization services, we tailor the standardized training products to your business. We do the groundwork to fully understand both your business and your client's business, and then design the workshop to fit your organization. Case scenarios and examples are modeled on real-life situations. Facilitation can be directed toward meeting strategic business needs such as team building. Implementation and scheduling are adapted to suit the organization's or the participants' timetable.



Implementation Consulting
An organization's degree of readiness-- from employees to senior management--is an important factor in the success of any sizable training effort. Our Implementation Consulting services help make sure your organization is ready by laying the groundwork for Advance Consulting workshops. We can assist in a number of areas, including:

  • Communication of the vision to personnel at all levels
  • Obtaining commitment from senior management and defining their role
  • Determining a rollout strategy
  • Advance introduction of the workshop to participants to clarify learning objectives and on-the-job applicability


Rollout Consulting and Services

Reinforcement Consulting
Advance Consulting Workshops generate excitement and energy around new and effective consulting behaviors. But it is easy to slip back into day-to-day work and not find time to think about and practice the skills learned.

We have described detailed competencies/behaviors for each main competency area as they apply throughout the career development of a high-performing consultant. We have divided the career levels of a high-performing consultant into three levels:

  • Level 1: Technical Expert (sole contributor of a project or task)
  • Level 2: Project Leader (provides management and direction to project teams to deliver optimal results)
  • Level 3: Strategic Business Consultant (provides overall context for client relationships and achievement of business objectives)
