Advance Consulting was founded in 1990 with the goal of helping businesses improve the performance and productivity of their people. The company successfully grew to include a dedicated, experienced core staff and network of consultants, facilitators, project managers, and instructional designers.
In 1993, Advance Consulting introduced its flagship training product, now called the Consultative Partnering™ Series, to address changes in the business environment that required a new way of working, both internally and with clients. Since then, tens of thousands of people in the U.S. and internationally have attended the workshop, which continues to receive worldwide acclaim. Advance Consulting added additional workshops to create a robust business communication and soft skill training line, and built a reputation for excellence and impact.
In 2005, recognizing that training has a much greater impact when combined with associated organizational and operational adjustments, Advance Consulting began its expansion into a full service management consulting company providing service-oriented custom business solutions to clients across industries. Additional staff and consultants were added to bring a rich depth to the knowledge base, support business growth, and serve our clients with the kind of excellence and client focus Advance Consulting is known for.
