A two-day workshop that takes participants to the next level in their consultative skills. This workshop focuses on two aspects of any client or team relationship: developing a business partnership and handling conflict situations. More than a workshop, this is a business-relationship planning session that provides an opportunity to develop strategies for improving critical business relationships and focuses on the 6 Partnering Factors: common goals, common values, open and complete communication, trust, commitment, and It works! Simultaneously, participants learn how to effectively manage more difficult conflict situations by recognizing, resolving and preventing conflict. A set of online tools are included for reinforcement.
