Consultative Selling for Consultants An advanced, customized consulting skills program, focused on understanding the client's business, issues, needs and strategies.
This highly realistic simulation provides a strategy for understanding client issues and needs. Participants are immersed into live client interviews in which they are asked to: seek to understand business issues, engage in comprehensive client conversations, and provide solutions to meet their business needs. Teams compete for the business by developing a proposal that is presented to the clients. Feedback is provided after each interview -- resulting in significant insight and improvement as well as after the presentation of the proposed solutions. The workshop continues with the contract being awarded and teams implementing the project using a consultative approach and process. Skills, tools, and processes are acquired throughout the workshop through the experiential learning method.
